Make Ms. Gardner Smile
Here are a few quotes from last weeks writing assignment that brought a smile to my face.
Make Ms. Gardner Smile...
"There was a princess named Ms. Gardner"
"I never want to leave CES"
"I have wanted a hamster almost my whole life. I got to the pet shop and they had a guinea pig, it was the best day of my life."
"Once there was a little boy that wanted to play baseball."
"Olivia liked school..."
"George spent most of his time reading his favorite book..."
"There is more than one kind of dragon."
"I wish I could play outside right now."
"The king was named Jack and he had a wife named Jill."

Hats Off To Our Hometown Heroes
Our Hometown Heroes (fire, police, highway patrol, sheriff and emergency departments) will be honored in a celebration on Monday, September 12, 2011. We are asking that everyone wear red, white and blue (standardized dress). In addition, we are wearing our favorite hat.
We are excited about this opportunity to thank our first responders for their commitment to keep our community safe.
