Field Day
Field Day will be on our CES campus again this year. If you
want to attend, you must volunteer to work a station and complete a criminal
background check at least two days prior to the event. No one will be allowed to attend without a
criminal background check on file. All
K-2 volunteers will have three or four fifteen minute breaks throughout their schedule
to watch their child’s class. Remember,
only CES students and parental volunteers are allowed to be at Field Day, so
siblings not enrolled in CES may not attend.
If you are interested
in assisting with a station, please complete the form below and circle the
day/time you are willing to help.
You will receive a folder with information about your station on Friday,
May 25th. Stations will be set up and
ready when you arrive to work.
If you are unable to work, you can still help! Snacks
and drinks are also needed to make Field Day a success. You may start sending the items (individually
wrapped, no glass) on Monday, May 21st,
so they will be fresh for your child’s Field Day. Please put your child’s grade level on the
item(s) you send so they will be reserved for the correct Field Day.
Thanks for your support and help!
